About Us

Marie Frison is the owner and clinician of Hearts of Healing Therapies, LLC. 

Marie has extensive training and expertise in the field of trauma with 14 years of experience working with individuals of child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and grief-related issues. 

She provides evidenced-based treatment for individuals 10 years of age and older. Her specialties include trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, worry, grief and loss. 

Marie is Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). She is also a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). She is also a Brain spotting practitioner (Phase 1 trained.) Marie is also a Captive Thought Therapy Practitioner which takes a Christian approach to tapping for emotional freedom (CTT). 

Marie also has training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment-Focused EMDR. 

Marie is passionate in providing the most current interventions and continually enrolls in trainings with other professionals around the United States to learn new techniques and to discuss current research.
